Cover band and superband Me First and The Gimme Gimmes started out in 1995 with Jay Bentley (Bad Religion), Joey Cape and Dave Raun (Lagwagon), Scott Shiflett (Face to Face) and Spike Slawson (Swingin' Utters, Uke Hunt). They take the stage at Apolo for a wild live show with covers that run the gamut from R&B and '50s and '60s classics to pop and country and even high-voltage rock and punk.
