Dutch musician Clarence Bekker had already been a career musican for 30 years when he was 'discovered' in 2006 by American producer Mark Johnson while Bekker was playing guitar and singing in the streets of Barcelona, and made him the frontman of his band at Jamboree. As one of the top voices in the music project 'Playing for Change', which has been led by stars such as Bono, Keith Richards and Manu Chao, Bekker is a regular at big soul and jazz festivals throughout Europe.
