Mark Lanegan

The taciturn American rocker returns to Barcelona to present his new album 'Imitation', out September 17. The album is a collection of covers by Lanegan's contemporaries, including John Cale, Nick Cave and Greg Dulli, and covers of tunes that Lanegan grew up with, culled from his parents' record collection. The former Screaming Trees frontman is touring 'Imitation' in theatres accompanied by a string quartet, along with a little help from English multi-instrumentalist Duke Garwood English, who will open for Lanegan and play with him as well.
