After three albums and a collaboration with Ramón Rodríguez (The New Raemon), Martí Sales (Els Surfing Sirles) and Raúl Fernández (Refree), singer-songwriter Maria Rodés surprised us by using grief and angst as sources of artistic inspiration on her latest and risk-taking album, 'Maria canta copla' (2014). She has reinterpreted some jewels of Andalusian folk music by such artists as Marifé de Triana, Imperio Argentina, Rocío Jurado, Concha Piquer and Sara Montiel. This concert, where Rodés will perform songs from her entire repertoire along with those from this latest album, marks the end of her copla adventure tour.
