Closing night of the LEM festival ends with a triple bill. The line-up starts off with Turing Tarpit (9pm), a recent discovery on the local experimental scene. Next up are C-Utter (10pm), a descent into hell at the hands of Kike and Riegler, who come armed with violin, electronics, contact microphones, various metal pots and voices in agony. Rounding out the night and putting an exclamation mark at the end of the festival are New Yorkers Borbetomagus (11pm), who represent better than anyone the point where noise and free jazz come together to form a new and terrifying beast that goes beyond mere labels.
