Sounds of the world fill the stage at the Cathedral to bring the second day of the Festa Major to an end with one of the most-anticipated concerts of this year's Mercè, Kiko Veneno (12.15am) with La Banda del Retubre and El Cuarteto Bético de Cuerdas. The Andalusian singer who was born in Catalunya and who's one of the key artists on the flamenco scene, having recorded such huge albums as 'Échat una cantecito' (1992) and 'Está muy bien eso del cariño' (1995), plays hits from his whole career along with the accompanying band and string quartet. Beforehand, the night gets started with flamenco fusion from Cathy Claret (10.30pm), presenting her latest album, 'Solita por el Mundo'.
