Another pop star passing through Barcelona at the top of her game. California gurl Katy Perry, a global superstar thanks to albums like ‘Teenage Dream’ (2010), presents her latest work ‘Prism’ (2013) on her Prismatic World tour, in all her candy floss glory to get fans worked up with recent hits such as ‘Roar’ and ‘Dark Horse’ and favourites like ‘I Kissed a Girl’. Barcelona is the first stop in her European tour and her only date in Spain. Warming up the crowd is Charli XCX, a young British artist considered to be one of the biggest sensations of international pop. She penned the mega-hit ‘I Love It’, recorded by Swedish duo Icona Pop, which sold more than 6 million copies. Charli XCX will perform from her second album, ‘Sucker’ (2014).
