In the '90s – when acid jazz was king – Princes of Time, the best local band of the genre that mixes jazz, soul, funk and groovy disco, played every Monday at Jamboree. The group's American drummer, Julian Vaughn, has worked with the sticks with blues greats like Albert King and B.B. King. Now he's back at Jamboree celebrating the club's 25 years with Mas i Mas along with Paul Stocker (saxophone) and Paul Stouthamer, the only cellist who played at Jamboree in the early days of the new era.
