(in)fusión flamenca 2013: Paula Domínguez & Ramon Escalé

Gospel and flamenco might seem to be polar opposites within the geography of sound, but apparently they live a bit closer together than you might think. Musician Ramon Escalé and vocalist Paula Domínguez prove it in an original show full of energy and enthusiasm. The result of a year of intense work together, the pair has managed to combine old spirituals and contemporary pieces of the genre with the ambience of flamenco so naturally you wonder why no one ever did it before.
