I Capuleti e i Montecchi

The Gran Teatre del Liceu continues with its season-long tribute to William Shakespeare, in honour of the 400th anniversary of the writer's death, this time with a bel canto title from Vincenzo Bellini. The production comes from Munich with stage direction by Vince Boussard. Musical direction is by Riccardo Frizza, and among the principal singers are Joyce Didonato, Ekaterina Siurina, Patrizia Ciofi and Silvia Tro Santafé.
