A new summer music festival comes to Barcelona in July, with the first edition of Hard Rock Rising, an eclectic and wide-ranging mix of music aspiring to become one of the musts on the city's summer agenda.
American performers Lenny Kravitz and Kings of Leon are two of the international biggies playing live at the Parc del Fòrum, along with English superstar Robbie Williams. You'll also get to see Colombia's Juanes and Vetusta Morla from Madrid, as well as two Swedish acts in songwriter and producer Avicii, and electronic musician Steve Angello, and local duo Thalab.
Hard Rock is a coproduction between Hard Rock International (the giants who own the Hard Rock Café chain) and concert promoter Live Nation.
