Franco-Moroccan artist Hindi Zahra brings her repertoire to the stage at BARTS. Some have compared her to one of her influences, Billie Holiday, while others mention her in comparison to Norah Jones, and some have even dared to call her 'the North African Patti Smith', Smith being another of Zahra's influences. Her songs are influenced by American sounds of jazz, folk and blues, and she sings mostly in English, with some Berber lyrics.
