Grec 2019: The Matthew Herbert Brexit Big Band

The Grec festival links up with Sónar with this concert from the fabulous Matthew Herbert, a pioneer when it comes to combining sounds and techniques of electronic music with big band outfits. This time around, Herbert is on hand to present an album created in collaboration with more than a thousand musicians and singers from around Europe that he planned to release the day the UK leaves the EU. It couldn't be more timely.
