Grec 2016: St. Paul & The Broken Bones

They come from Birmingham (Alabama), with a southern soul sound that they reveal, especially at live concerts, in a heightened state of enthusiasm. The group has seven sections (including strings, wind instruments, percussion and more), with singer Paul Janeway at the epicentre. Created in 2001, their star really started to shine in 2013, when they released two EPs. Big success came with the arrival of their first LP, 'Half the city' (2014), and now they're presenting their second album, due out next spring.
