GPS (Girando Por Salas) 2017: Shirley Davis & The Silverbacks

London-born singer and soul diva Shirley Davis currently lives in Madrid after two decades in Australia, where she performed with numerous bands. In late 2014 she met up with her patron and friend Sharon Jones, who passed away last year, where reps from the Tucxone Records label noticed Davis and offered her the chance to record an album with the label's band, The Silverbacks. From that came 'Black Rose' (2016), the debut from Shirley Davis & The Silverbacks.
