Festival Jardins de Pedralbes 2015: Anastacia

Chicago-born Anastacia, singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, fashion designer and philanthropist, has managed to mix pop, rock, soul, R&B and disco to reach diverse audiences. Her sixth studio album is 'Resurrection' (2014), a word that refers to her own life, as the LP was released after she beat breast cancer for the second time and had a double mastectomy. Her health problems, which began when she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 13, haven't prevented Anastacia from having a successful career that didn't kick off until she was 30-something, with the release of her first album 'Not That Kind' (2000), a worldwide success thanks to the single 'I'm Outta Love'.
