Elvis Costello is back in Barcelona. Eight years have gone by since his last concert in the city and this time he's treating audiences to his greatest hits, revisiting his extensive body of work accompanied by the band The Imposters. Costello is one of the most influential composers in recent history with 30 records to his name and collaborations with the likes of Paul McCartney, Tony Bennett, Brian Eno, Bill Frisell, Buch Bacharach or Rubén Blades. His concert at the Poble Espanyol will deliver a good dose of pop, rock, new wave, country and punk with Costello masterfully playing several instruments, including the guitar, piano, bass, drums and harmonica. And wearing his signature, black-framed glasses, of course.
