First it was the Beatles, last year it was Ray Charles’ turn and this year the tunes of the group Radiohead are feeding the repertoire of Els Tres Tenors. As they do every December, three of the most remarkable itinerant sax players of the new generation are meeting up on home turf. Lluc Casares from Amsterdam, Gianni Gagliardi from New York and César Joaniquet from Copenhagen fix their meeting point at the Jamboree to offer their original jazz-style review of the greats of popular music. This year it is the turn of the British singer and guitarist Thom Yorke.
Lluc Casares tenor sax, Gianni Gagliardi tenor sax, César Joaniquet tenor sax, Xavi Torres piano, Vic Moliner double bass, Joan Terol drums.
