Einstein on the Beach by Philip Glass

This is one of the most anticipated events in the current season of concerts at the Palau de la Música Catalana. With a season dedicated to American minimalist composer Philip Glass, now the stage hosts one of his iconic operas, which premiered in Spain in 1992 at Barcelona's Gran Teatre del Liceu. Another big draw to this particular performance is that it features singer Suzanne Vega. Along with her are the Collegium Vocale Gent and the Ictus Ensemble, with George-Elie Octors as director.
