Time Out says

The city's favourite festival spot, the Parc del Fòrum, is at it once again with the seventh edition of Cruïlla Barcelona, a festival that tries to avoid genre labels and has become one of the summer's top weekends of fun, with an eclectic line-up as far as styles and origin of the acts go. Two full days and a bonus on Sunday bring us, among others, the frontman of Blur, Damon Albarn, as a solo act; Ben Bridwell and his Band of Horses; the explosive fusion of Latin rhythms that is Calle 13; brother-sister folk duo Angus and Julia Stone; dancefloor biggies Macklemore and Ryan Lewis; the king of the Balkans Emir Kusturica; Spanish rockers Vetusta Morla; rockabilly and blues from Ireland's Imelda May; traditional Tuareg music from Mali's Tinariwen; Valerie June, with her American mixture of folk, blues, gospel, soul, country, Appalachian and bluegrass; and classic British ska group, The Selector.
