Ciutat Flamenco 2018: Flamenkat

This concert/show features great visual and sound contrasts in an attempt to break stereotypes and transcend rational, emotional, cultural and historical boundaries. A tribute to the plurality of sounds that characterizes flamenco with traditional styles: soleá, martinete, alegrías, guajiras, tangos, bulerías; emblematic songs from throughout the history of the genre; great composers of classical music who inspired these different sounds, such as Manuel de Falla, Mateo Albéniz, Francesc Tárrega; and even new versions of the repertoire of Catalan music and lyrics.
