Benny Green Trio

Pianist of pianists Benny Green is a true standout when it comes to knowledge and mastery of all the eras of jazz. Born in New York and raised in California, Green is one of the few musicians of his generation who brings together the elegance of the past with the vigour of the present in his sound. After cutting his teeth in Betty Carter's band, Green has continued to grow playing as part of a trio, and has been working with top-rated record labels such as Blue Note, Telarc and Cris Cross.
