Bamberg Symphony Orchestra

A Bavarian orchestra is the star of this concert in the Auditori, where they present a programme featuring pieces by Beethoven and Mozart. They open with a performance of Beethoven's Egmont Overture and Sixth Symphony. Next it's Mozart's Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No 20, featuring piano solo by Christian Blackshaw and directed by Jonathan Nott, one of the most interesting conductors to emerge in recent years.
