Canarian MC Bejo (8.30pm), who manages to avoid Spanish hip hop clichés and inject a bit of humour into the scene, opens up the night on the BAM stage in the Rambla del Raval; next up it's Nigerian-born British artist Ray BLK (9.30pm), whose sound is between hip hop and R&B, and who counts among her influences Missy Elliott, Lil' Kim, and The Notorious B.I.G.; Nadia Tehran (10.30pm), who's from an Iranian Muslim family and grew up in Sweden, raps over a synthetic punk reminiscent of Suicide; Miss Red from Israel (11.30pm) presents her explosive dancehall singles; and Paris producers Acid Arab (12.30am), who aspire to make music that's both Arabic and acid at the same time, and who combine emotion and dramatic power from the East with the coldness of techno.
