California musician Chris Cohen (9.45pm), who's part of the family that makes up the Captured Tracks label – tops in US indie pop – gets things going at the Plaça dels Àngels stage on the third day of the BAM festival with his psychedelic pop with imaginative melodies. Afterwards, the stage belongs to Eska (11.15pm), who was born in Zimbabwe but has lived in south London since she was a child, with her sound that's urban, contemporary, and sometimes with a touch of soul, jazz or hip hop. Rounding out the bill are French trio Zombie Zombie (12.45am) and their organic electronica and percussion.
