Time Out says

From the celebrated works of Jacques Loussier to Keith Jarrett himself, the world of jazz has made diverse and varied approaches into the world of classical composer Johann Sebastian Bach, who many see as the first jazz musician in history. Two top Catalan jazz musicians, master saxophonist Manel Camp and intrepid pianist Llibert Fortuny, wanted to bring their vision to the festival, and have joined up with Mireia Farrés, the first trumpet of the OBC (Barcelona Symphony Orchestra - the National Orchestra of Catalonia). This is the only concert taking place at Jamboree, Barcelona's top jazz venue, during the Bachcelona 2015 festival, which is spreading the music of Bach throughout the Catalan capital from July 23 to 28.
