Altaveu 2015: Howe Gelb & M. Ward + Senior i el Cor Brutal

It's a special and singular night with two headliners who are at the top of their game on the Americana scene. First it's Howe Gelb, leader of Giant Sand – who mark three decades together this year – and who's also had a long solo career, breaking barriers of conventional folk. Also on the bill is M. Ward, with a solid solo path that's brought about great albums such as 'Transistor Radio' (2015), and who has released albums with his project She & Him with Zooey Deschanel as well as collaborated with his Monsters of Folk. Opening the night in the garden setting are a band from Valencia who represent Americana in Catalonia, Senior i el Cor Brutal, with Miquel Ángel Landete at the helm.
