Academy of Saint Martin in the Fields

Thanks to their many records, the Academy of Saint Martin in the Fields orchestra is one of the most popular orchestras in the United Kingdom. Their works cover a wide repertoire, from the baroque period to today's compositions, but especially on the classic and romantic periods. Now they return to the Palau de la Música Catalana, invited by the BCN Clàssics cycle, to perform a programme with pieces by Montsalvatge, Bach and Chaikovsky, featuring Alvaro Octavio as soloist on the flute.
