A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

Albert Guinovart's music has become a classic during the Christmas season at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, and this year it's his musical adaptation of the story that Charles Dickens immortalized in 'A Christmas Carol'. Guinovart takes to the piano as well, along with vocals by the Amics de la Unió children's choir from Granollers, and the Liceu's own Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Josep Vila i Jover. Plus, this special concert is illustrated by the poetic beauty of sand art, courtesy of Borja González (from the Ytuquepintas company).
