45 Voll-Damm Festival Internacional de Jazz de Barcelona: Richard Bona

Cameroonian bassist Richard Bona returns to the Jazz Festival. He started out working with top musicians Chick Corea, Branford Marsalis, Bobby McFerrin and Joni Mitchell, among others, and now presents 'Bonafied' (2013), his seventh solo album. This  intimate and traditional work confirms that Africa is still beating very strongly in his heart, in his voice and in his fingers, as do latin jazz, tango, African pop and cabaret.
