Top Gun

This month the '80s are the star in the Yelmo Cine Club. Opening the series with a bang is action hero Tom Cruise in the role as the intrepid Maverick, a would-be pilot with a toothy grin and a need for speed, in 'Top Gun'. Maverick and his fellow students attend a reputable flight academy in this film directed by Tony Scott that's full of extreme action in the air, and its share of shirtless young '80s hunks.
