The Shining

Jack Torrance moves with hiswife and seven-year-old son to the impressive Overlook Hotel in Colorado to be the caretaker during the winter season when the hotel is closed and isolated because of the snow. It seems like the perfect place to find the peace and quiet he needs to write his novel. But not long after arriving, as Jack starts to suffer disturbing personality disorders, strange and creepy paranormal phenomena occur around him and his family.
