One of the first comic book superheroes fly onto the big screen. 'Superman' had the admiration of his creators, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, who applauded the film by director Richard Donner. Faced with the threat of destruction of the planet Krypton, Jor-El puts his son on a spaceship with a final destination of Earth. Adopted by the Kent family, the baby grows up under the name Clark, and learns about his extraordinary strength. Years later he starts working as a journalist, hiding his true identity of Superman.
