Alvy Singer (Woody Allen) is a neurotic twice-divorced man in his foties who works as a scriptwriter for TV. He meets Annie Hall (Diane Keaton), an aspiring singer, falls in love and they start going out. The relationship between Alvy and Annie is the focus of this masterpiece by Allen who looks at couples' relationships under a microscope from a humourous point of view. 'Annie Hall' picked up four Oscars: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Actress.
