'West Side Story' reworks the story of Romeo and Juliet and is regarded as both a classic musical and an all-time great film: New York’s Upper West Side neighbourhood is home to two teen street gangs: the Sharks and the Jets. Tensions grow when, at a dance, Maria and Tony, who should be enemies as members of rival gangs, fall in love at first sight.

There will be a concert by the Big Pocket Orchestra before the film (8.45pm)
