'Anchor and Hope' is a film that explores a question that is both important and highly topical: the new forms of the family. Is it possible to enjoy love, family and life itself in an unconventional way and still stay together? That is the question that Eva, Kat and Roger attempt to answer as they sail their barge around the canals of London.
