Mecal Air 2016

For the eighth year in a row, Plaça del Baluarte in Poble Espanyol hosts the Mecal Air short-film festival, where the best shorts from the latest edition of Mecal Pro, the Barcelona International Festival of Short Films and Animation, are shown. The screenings take place every Friday in June, July, August and September, and each session's programme features a specific theme: horror, sex, comedy, romance, etc.
