This is a minor miracle: a vociferous family gospel group from Texas transcend from the Pentecostal pulpit to the secular SXSW, with the backing of an atheist music critic, looking to launch to rock stardom. It ain’t easy: there are stumbling blocks, moral (and theological) doubts and disillusionment. But in the end, songs, friendship and faith win out.
