Accountant William Blake (Johnny Depp) loses his job, and then a series of events lead to a bullet being shot into him near his heart, and making him into an unwitting outlaw. Filmed in black and white, Jim Jarmusch's foray into the world of the western makes for a wonderfully strange film with a metaphysical, ghostly air about it. With music by Neil Young.
