Renowned Belgian choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui is back in Barcelona with 'Fractus V', a work that features five dancers with very diverse styles and three musicians playing live. After the presentation of a brief work ('Fractus') for the 40th anniversary of the Wuppertal Tanztheater in Pina Bausch, Cherkaoui wanted to carry on working on the content of the piece, inspired by Noam Chomsky writings on political propaganda. With 'Fractus V', he deeper explores the notions of information and manipulation.
