Double Bach

Artistic direction and choreography: Antonio Ruz.

Choreographer Antonio Ruz presents this project featuring musician Pablo Martín Caminero and acclaimed dancer Melanie Olcina. Their collaboration gave birth to the original idea of adapting Johann Sebastian Bach's Suites for the Cello No. 1 and No. 2 for the double bass, coupling both tonality and technique (pizzicato in place of bow).
