Just around the same time the shiny electronic club scene came out of Berlin in the mid-'90s, and with it the birth of hardcore, progressive, and acid sounds, Marcel Fengler started his career as a DJ. After working in various venues around town in those days, including Tresor, Fengler stopped for a while in the gigantic Berghain and became its resident DJ. So his music has been infected with the strength that characterises that Berlin club: raw, powerful, metallic and extremely dry sounds that mesmerize and draw you to the dance floor.
