Sure it'd be easier to just say 'Daniel Lopatin' but what fun is there in that? Also known as Oneohtrix Point Never, Lopatin is a musician from Boston with Russian roots who lives in Brooklyn. One of the most exciting creators from the experimental scene in the past few years, his sound is hard to categorise, but to give it a go, it's a retro-futuristic vision somewhere between ambient and drone, which includes touches of new age and lo-fi.
