DNIT: King Midas Sound & Fennesz

King Midas Sound are Kevin martin (also known for his work as The Bug), poet/singer Roger Robinson an vocalist Kiki Hitomi. Their sound combines elements of dub, noise, spoken word and post rock, resulting in spacey and apocalyptic. Their first LP, 'Waiting for You', released on Hyperdub in 2009, was quickly acclaimed by critics, who compared them to Tricky, Massive Attack and Burial. Their live shows are like narcotic trips with strong basses that play with the beauty of dark atmospheres and take you through an experience that will have you questioning your perceptions.
