Italy's Marco Carola started out in music around 1990, when everyone had house fever. It wasn't until three years later when, with other friends on the Naples scene like Gaetano Parisio and Davide Squillace, he started to see the possibilities of techno applied to Ital disco. Today you could classify Carola as one of the most important players on the Italian scene, recently reconverted to minimal sounds.
