Swedish artist Adam Beyer bought his first set of turntables as a teen, and he was working in clubs practically the next day, spinning hip hop and acid house. With 'Drumcodes' in 1995, he started forming his hard and percussive style based on loops. Now his experience and youth have made him something of a young veteran, and he can go from tribal techno with touches of funk to a cold but groovy minimalism.
