With inspiration from both Henry David Thoreau's 'Walden' and B.F. Skinner's 'Walden Two', architect Ricard Bofill created Walden 7 in the 1970s. Initially, the project envisioned three sister buildings, but only the one you see today was built. If you go inside, you'll be surprised by about a hundred corridors, labyrinthine stairs, blue and red walls, and the light that floods the space. Ask if you can go up to the terrace, where you'll find swimming pools and spectacular views!
