This year's edition of Barcelona's international art fair takes place in the Pavelló Italià at the Fira de Montjuïc from September 27 to 30. In addition to the gallery exhibitions, the fair also offers different approaches to the contemporary landscape: 'The desert and the cactus', a project overseen by Omar López-Chaoud, strives to capture the rhythm of life in Brooklyn. What's more, year's fair sees the debut of a programme dedicated to performance, with a selection of six proposals that make use of space and physical resources, as well as 'Swab Reading', where you can better understand art through books. The 'Ephemeral' section, which aims to create experiences with the viewer, focuses on artists who live in creative spaces in the city, and, once again, Swab provides a greater platform for artists who work with paper. You'll also find a space where you can discover the esoteric methods out there through 'Swab Seed'.
