Time Out says

This exhibition includes a selection of 16 works, among which highlights include paintings and drawings from between 1947 and 1968 as well as the screening of the video 'Joan Ponç – J.V. Foix. La piel de la piel'. Ponç was a solitary, visionary and damned painter. Some say he was crazy. The artist was one of the creators of the Dau al Set movement along with painters Modes Cuixart, Antoni Tàpies and Joan Tharrrats; painter Joan Brossa; and philospher Arnau Puig. Ponç was an artist who was most faithful to the principals of the group throughout his artistic career and one of the top names in post-war painting in Spain. This is his second individual exhibition in the gallery.
