International Weird Collage Show

After a decade of travelling the globe, the collage festival organized by artists Max-o-Matic and Rubén B comes to Barcelona thanks to the gallery Me & the Curiosity. The exhibition connects local artists with international creators with the aim of being a showcase for this genre of art that was born in the 20th century and has recently regained relevance and vitality.

Among the artists participating in the exhibition are Dennis Busch, with his colourful collages that give the message that art has to laugh at itself; James Gallagher, whose works are minimalist, grey, and inspired by botany books; Iranian artist Askhan Honarvar, who takes his work to the extreme, creating grotesque images; and Charles Wilkin, one of today's top working collage artists.
